Imagine if you are somewhere in your house and you let your PC or Mac opened, you may tell yourself "Oh come on should I go and close it" and all what you have is your iPhone, you can manually turn off your PC or Mac using this Cydia tweak which called iShutdown .

If you are anywhere and forget to close your PC or Mac then with your iShutdown you will close them, as they are on the same Wi-Fi network, the app will search for the available computers using Apple’s Bonjour service, the app will give you two choices to turn off your computer or restart it, but what if the app couldn't locate your computers you will find "+" on the right of the app.... click on it and type your computer's IP like the image below :
If you wanted to get this app you will have to install a server service on your computer to be able to control them, you can download the server from App's website while if you wanted to install the service on windows you can get it from Microsoft.net Framework and Bonjour in order for it to function.

Whether you are using a PC or Mac you will need to add exception on your firewall in order to allow the server connect to the network  on port number 4505 and if you are on Windows just type "Windows firewall" in the start menu and select "Windows Firewall" after you done doing this click on "Allow a program or feature through windows firewall.
