That simple way will not let you worry about the app reloading data every time, all you need to follow the steps step by step


Step 1: Load iFile and navigate to /Applications and look for the folder that’s labeled Cydia.app.


Step 2: Tap on it and locate the file Info.plist

Step 3: Choose to open the file with the Text Viewer option, and scroll all the way down to the bottom.

Step 4: Find where the text says “ UIApplicationExistsOnSuspend , and change to using the edit function.


Step 5: Save now and restart enjoying multitasking in Cydia.
